We have two ways you can use:
dikitale is the digital ID of the customer. It allows them to store their personal information, which is stored in a confidential and encrypted format.
We have built shareyourid to enable your customers to share their ID whether you are a dikitale customer or not.
Your customers must be dikitale users to share their ID with you. They do this by installing ‘dikitale’ on their smartphone.
Setting up a dikitale ID is simple:
It is now possible to scan personal IDs into the profile, after which they can be securely with you.
To add new advisors on the platform, please contact dikitale at firstname.lastname@example.org. We wil help you to create the advisors you need.
We are working on a back-end that will allow you to add and manage the advisors linked to your company.
All companies that are created in the system automatically receive 100 credits. This allows you to receive 100 IDs.
The shareyourid platform is an external service and therefore does not require integration with your existing system.
This allows you to become familiar with the platform before making the decision whether to integrate it into your existing system.
Users can only share their ID if they have a dikitale ID. It is free to become a user, but requires validation with mitID.
In case a customer shares their ID with you while you are not yet a user on the shareyourid platform, you can still receive it.
In this situation, you will receive an email stating that the customer has shared their ID with you on the shareyourid platform. Here you create a login to the site so that you can use the ID that the customer has shared with you.
Yes, a digital consent given in dikitale is legally binding because a validated user has given his/her consent in the specific situation.
dikitale is much more than a regular login. There are several elements that make us unique.
You can require users to be validated, so they come with the following up-to-date information
We allow for 2 factor authentication when communicating with your customers. This is expressed through a digital consent where the customer has to give their consent in the specific situation.
Often it can be a challenge to communicate with customers because they have changed their phone number and/or email. This can create an unnecessary administrative burden.
With dikitale you can be absolutely sure that the user receives your system notification, because we communicate to a dikitale ID which can not be changed.
The system notifications can be used in most contexts. Currently we are working on
We use the recognised encryption methods used by the government and the military, for example. The methods have been thoroughly tested and approved according to the standards.
To increase security even further, we have added an extra layer to the encryption. This extra layer is not created by humans nor machines, but is organic. The organic content of the lava lamps provides a snapshot unpredictable pattern.
We are constantly film our lava lamps, which provide a random pattern that cannot be replicated. The pattern is transformed into a string of code that is unique. From this, a piece of the code string is automatically found and used to encrypt the data. The code must be used to change the data from encrypted to readable.
The user gives their digital consent, which decrypts the selected data, which you then access.
You get access to the data that the user gives access to.
Each time a user shares data with you, the user decides exactly what data to share with you. In case the user has shared too little data with you, you can easily request access to more.
Examples of data that can be shared
One of the major challenges of proper handling of GDPR is that it is difficult to ensure that the personal data is handled properly.
All the data that is otherwise a challenge from a GDPR point of view is in the dikitale database. You get insight into the data when you need it. You can choose to keep the data in the database, avoiding the handling of users’ personal data.
We have two payment models:
No, it is free for users to use dikitale. They create an ID, fill in their personal details, scan their ID documents and share them with you for free.
The collaboration with dikitale can be termined by contacting us at email@example.com.
We are a private, Danish and independent company offering data storage and exchange between parties.
The idea of dikitale started in 2017. Founder Jesper Holm had the idea to create a digital identity platform that collects all data in one place. It gives users the control over their their data.
